Archer Lakes reimagined year-round lake living through a contemporary lens, balancing modern sophistication with rustic charm. The great room, with its soaring cathedral ceilings and exposed beams, became the heart of the home, where floor-to-ceiling windows framed the water’s edge and a striking stone fireplace anchored the space in warmth and tradition.

The sleek yet welcoming kitchen, designed as the true gathering hub, featured a striking double-island layout—one dedicated to cooking and prep, the other to casual seating and connection. Whether for morning coffee, impromptu family meals, or holiday baking sessions, this thoughtful design ensured that the kitchen wasn’t just functional but also a space where conversations naturally unfolded. The refined grey and white palette, accented by black metal details and weathered wood, offered a sophisticated yet inviting aesthetic—a modern take on the traditional lake house, where every design choice reinforced the home’s role as a sanctuary.

One of the home’s most distinctive features, a climate-controlled wine room wrapped in reclaimed wood and glass, served as both a functional space and a symbol of togetherness.
